Katherine places a strong emphasis on great customer service and happily assists our landlords and tenants in every way she can. Her role includes conducting ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections, assisting with the preparation of leases, processing work order forms and quotation for tradespeople, following up on the status of repairs and following up with Tenancy arrears.
She is very well organised and excels at multi-tasking, while ensuring numerous tasks are completed within the short timeframe. She follows through on everything, paying attention to the smaller details which can make all the difference.
Katherine enjoys the harmonious working environment in our office, as well as the diversity and multiculturalism of our team members and clients. Coming from a Greek background, Katherine speaks fluent Greek and is happy to assist with translating to English.
She is currently studying for her Certificate IV in Real Estate, which will further enhance her knowledge and ability to assist our clients.
When she’s not working, Katherine enjoys spending quality time with her family. She also enjoys hiking and camping in the great outdoors of the South Coast of NSW.
