Michael is the General Manager of our property management department. His responsibilities as team leader include training staff in policy and procedure, to ensure they have the knowledge and skills required to perform their duties to the highest standard. He is also responsible for overseeing all aspects of property management, including vital legal and compliance issues.

Michael says, “While Brough and Taylor are the longest standing agency in the area, we complement that experience with a commitment to ongoing training, so that we are always up-to-date with legislative changes and industry information. We constantly innovate by upgrading our computer systems and management software to ensure our clients receive the best possible service.”

Michael enjoys helping clients to get the most out of their investment property while also minimising their risk and costs. Michael and Brough & Taylor staff help to educate investors on how to maximise their investment in property.

He holds a Real Estate license and a Diploma in Property, with plans to study further modules to obtain his strata license, business agent’s license and buyer’s agent license.

A property owner himself, Michael understands the intricacies of buying and selling on a personal level, and applies this understanding when serving his clients.

Together with his brother Andrew, Michael has completed 2 Tough Mudder fundraiser challenges. In his spare time, Michael enjoys spending time with his wife and two young children, going to the gym and riding his motorcycle.
