His role encompasses all aspects of property management including: tracking rents and ensuring they are paid on time, formulating and checking repayment plans, seeking and following instructions from landlords, upholding the integrity of the property, organising and managing repairs which are beneficial to both the landlord and the tenant, as well as representing clients at the tribunal and in council matters.
Matthew manages a major portfolio on behalf of a prominent government agency, providing detailed responses on time for their reporting requirements in a prompt, reliable and efficient manner. He has a comprehensive understanding of the department’s requirements and complies with their regulations.
He is confident in his ability to handle whatever situation real estate throws at him, whether it’s minor or major repairs, handling all types of tenants, or finding the best solution for each party – with the landlord as the no. 1 priority.
